In this pleasant Alsatian house, wisdom and respect - for the customer, for the product and for tradition - are the watchwords. The Ennesser brothers are inspired to bring their terroir into the present day, and both the current menu and the set menus are to be recommended: roast quail fillets on porcini ravioli with shavings of Comté cheese, matelote with Riesling fresh pasta, duo of kidney and veal flank steak with parsnip mousseline. The four-course surprise menu for €52 is a good option.
