Gourmet Restaurant The handsome stone house has been modernized over the decades, and today offers a warm welcome in a well-kept regional and bourgeois tradition: ballottine of foie gras with walnut wine and pear compote with red wine and spices, Provençal-style chuck stew and pan-fried rump steak, before the "good old" crème caramel, impeccably executed, with a tuile of dark chocolate and a hint of salt. The cellar also gives a voice to local winemakers, with Coteaux de Pierrevert wines from La Blaque and Régusse.
