Chef's Restaurant In this village in the middle of the vineyards between Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre, this bistro is one of the best-kept secrets in the department. Discreet and adored by its clientele, the bistro defends an elegant regional style in a simply decorated room, with references to wines and cats. The chef creates seasonal dishes of a very high standard, at unbeatable prices, starting at €30. A very warm welcome.
