Gourmet Restaurant Le Caveau de la Cour d'Alsace is a good downtown address. The regional spirit is a little lacking, but the bistro menu developed here shows a commendable and almost unexpected modernity: vitello tonnato, tomato burrata, squid and gambas plancha with Basquaise sauce, vegetable gyozas with zucchini risotto, we're a long way from Alsace and the journey, in a 55 € menu-card, is well focused.
