An annex of the Saint James in the heart of Bouliac, chef Franck's menu at this bistro restaurant is well prepared, with traditional local dishes made with fresh seasonal produce. Grilled leg of suckling lamb on the bone, grilled pigeon fillets with confit legs and homemade purée, caramelized pig's trotters with chanterelle mushrooms, the origin of each product and the name of the producer are known and specified, the cellar is more regional and the service is friendly and good-natured.
