Original Restaurant A small mention of encouragement for what didn't yet exist in Rouen, the bouillon fashion that is also spreading to the capital in the tradition of yesteryear. Of course, we're not talking about great gastronomy here, but we are talking about prices and a wide choice of modern classics: museau gribiche, herring pommes à l'huile, saucisse au couteau, parmentier de canard, moules marinière... You can eat for less than €25 with the caramel beurre salé rice at €2.80, and to drive the point home, it's possible to eat elsewhere for much less money...
