Gault&Millau's review2026
All the ingredients for a good broth, including a prime location right near Ganterie Street—and there you have it: success, just like in other cities, for this low-cost concept that appeals to a wide audience and, at the very least, has the merit of showcasing traditional French cuisine. From egg with mayonnaise to crème brûlée, no fewer than 45 dishes are on the menu—not counting sides—at low prices that are just a few cents apart: duck terrine, shrimp with mayonnaise, sausage and mashed potatoes, beef bourguignon, beef tongue with spicy sauce, croque-monsieur, pork cheek with cider and honey, peach melba, and chocolate mousse. Lively service, bill around €20.
