Gourmet Restaurant A slightly more chic version of the Lyonnais bouchon, Julien Gautier and Emmanuel Tachon-Foley's address is just as good for a meal with colleagues as it is for a candlelit dinner in this small, intimate room. Traditional elements are combined with a refined decor, giving a more contemporary style to the genre, and announcing the spirit in the kitchen. The menu reflects the seasons, with a velouté of button mushrooms with yellow wine, chestnut cream and chestnut shavings, a supreme of poultry cooked in court-bouillon, rice pilaf and morel cream sauce, ravioles du Dauphiné, creamy chicken broth and mushroom fricassee, and a traditional Saint-Genix praline tart.
