Gourmet Restaurant More chic bistro than bouchon, this annex of the nearby M offers Julien Gautier a second, more Lyonnaise and less gastro offering, but with the same attention to traditional dishes: pâté en croûte black pudding poultry and veal walnuts, pike quenelle, Bobosse andouillette or the generous vol-au-vent sweetbreads shrimp mushrooms. With Mère Richard's saint-marcellin and tarte aux pralines, you'll have done the full traboules tour.
