Gault&Millau's review2026
The name may be banal, but the cuisine is not in this Bistrot, which has maintained a good level of service over the years, in a sober, well-kept setting, enhanced by a private cellar. A well-crafted lunch menu for €32, with the chef bringing out the best in the €53 evening menu: salmon marinière with scallops, lemon fennel and herring caviar, Bresse free-range poularde with carrot and celery, saffron juice with black garlic, strawberry raspberry pavlova, rhubarb elderberry sorbet, vanilla diplomat cream. Interesting Burgundy cellar, with good choices in Côte Chalonnaise (givry Lumpp, Sarrazin or Joblot, mercurey Sarrazin...).
