A regular spot for Montpellier locals, the Bistrot is often the quick and easy way to enjoy the professionalism of the team and the expertise of Clément Gueudré. Small plates and pretty, simple Latin and Mediterranean dishes, all at low prices: sweet chili cod acras, samoussas with Saint-Marcellin cheese, pulled pork quesadilla, before kefta tajine or beef tataki with pommes grenailles, paris brest or pavlova. Varied cellar, market menu under €20.
