Chef's Restaurant After several lives and great adventures (Taillevent, Tour d'Argent...), André Le Letty runs his Montmartre bistro with bonhomie and professionalism. The apparent simplicity of today's bourgeois cuisine is matched by the care and expertise he brings to every dish: persillé of pig's shoulder and lentils, guinea fowl supreme stuffed with feta and oregano, olives and preserved lemon, strawberries in sabayon gratin with pistachio, and even a duck in blood sauce seen the other day for connoisseurs. A good, well-executed menu for e45, with a few extras depending on the product.
