Gourmet Restaurant A bouchon à l'heure nîmoise, or rather a very local bistro with Lyonnais specialties: the story continues to the delight of regulars, and Guignol watches over an almost unchanging menu, well served and in good spirits: poultry liver cake, pistachio sausage with wine merchant sauce, pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, tablier de sapeur with gribiche sauce. And, of course, Saint-Marcellin to follow, and a crème brûlée with pink praline, washed down with Beaujolais or Costières to keep it local.
