A well-deserved and confirmed selection, thanks to the regularity and good compromise of a cuisine suited to tourist visits without going overboard: goat's cheese crisp with honey and leek fondue, pork cheeks confit with cider and homemade purée, chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream in a fair-trade formula at €29. In the cellar, a good selection of Loire wines, by the bottle, jar or glass.
