Chef's Restaurant A table apart, both geographically (a contemporary building along the tramway line) and in its uncompromising conception, with a traditional background in the elegant, personal style of chef Rémi Ballin and Mathilde, who is responsible for the sweet side of the menu. The result is a tempting menu that lives up to its promise, with escalope of foie gras and corn, scallops with butternut and hazelnut risotto, guinea fowl with mushroom and potato jus, and a very pleasant, light and tasty chocolate hazelnut dessert. The bill remains reasonable (around €50) and the choice by the glass sufficient (Beaujolais Brun at €7). Lunch menu €29, three-course evening menu €43.
