Chef's Restaurant In a residential corner of Annecy le vieux, alongside the tramway, this wise and efficient restaurant has a lot going for it: practical, accessible and regular, thanks to a good chef, Rémi Ballin, who integrates a fine classical mastery with contemporary dishes. The €29 lunch menu is logically very successful, and the evening menu always offers some nice finds: trout confit with fennel salad, cod with shellfish risotto, veal sweetbreads with chanterelle mushrooms... In the dining room, Mathilde brings empathy and professionalism, and takes charge of the desserts and their final dressings. Fair cellar with a few personal choices.
