In the center of Aubigny, at the gateway to the Sologne region, Jérôme Godon’s restaurant is a consistently excellent destination and a staple of local evenings. Classic market-fresh cuisine prepared with the utmost care: leeks in vinaigrette with a poached egg; a pork chop on the bone with buttered mashed potatoes and mustard sauce; and a semi-baked chocolate dessert with orange sorbet.
