Let's face it: Le Belvédère has just about the best sea view in Normandy. We'd go there more often, of course, if the house did more to encourage local fishing, instead of offering cod lacquered with sesame oil and honey and medallions of sea bass stuffed with crab mousseline. Nonetheless, we'll enjoy this extraordinary sunset over the cargo ships of Cap d'Antifer with seafood and kidneys flambéed in calva.
