An important landmark in the Pays de Fécampois: Pierre Caillet's restaurant is now one of the best in the Pays de Caux, a regional beacon that continues to shine. Conscientious and skilful, the MOF chef has done his utmost to ensure that his reputation remains intact, respecting tradition and following a virtuous path with his wife Cécile. Today, the chef makes the most of his teams (who are highly motivated in the dining room) and his producers with seasonal menus: trout from Vatierville with zucchini and hyssop, veal breast with melilot potato bean, dessert with raspberry and fig leaf, in an interesting and affordable formula at €68 (upgradeable to €98 with an extra course). A classic, well-varied wine cellar offering a glimpse of all the regions.
