Gourmet Restaurant A further success for the Crespo - Gomez tandem, this bar is a delight to savour. Carlos Gomez offers a short menu in a welcoming setting, in which everything has taste and aroma, with some reminiscences of the Colombian chef's origins: avocado and mango shrimp tartare, beef tiradito with feta seaweed nori purée, dark chocolate hazelnut olive oil espuma... Well-translated ideas, low prices right down to the glass.
