Gault&Millau's review 2026

The pretty turquoise facade and mysterious sign invite curiosity. After winning the Gault&Millau Endowment in 2022, Antoine Foézon has built his path with loyalty and perseverance, offering his town a bistro-style restaurant whose cuisine proudly wears its two toques. A lively, intelligent cuisine that magnifies Brittany and the sea, a very good €32 lunch menu (the other day, pressé de joue de boeuf crème de champignon, lieu noir panais hollandaise en persillade, profiteroles pomme sarrasin), more personal and ambitious compositions for the evening. The cellar is also an asset, with a good selection by the glass of very good wines not found everywhere (Mas Foulaquier, menetou de van Remoortère, cabardès de Guilhem Barré...).
