Gourmet Restaurant We love returning to this modern-day restaurant, nestled in the historic center, right next to the Cathedral Basilica, with its small terrace and sober interior. The evening menu is evocative of the ideas in the kitchen, with a predominantly marine theme and fusion compositions, combining products from here and elsewhere, such as scallops, fries in mijinko dress, carrot purée, curry and vanilla, carrot and citrus pickles, burnt hazelnut slivers and bottarga, a hake de ligne en tronçon, palet de céleri boule-praliné/miso, roasted almonds, green crab bisque and manchego-zaatar tuile, or a kiwi-pistachio entremets, praliné and pistachio chouchou, tuile and pistachio ice cream. Lunch menu €29.
