Gourmet Restaurant At €42 for lunch and €62 for dinner, the price range is already quite steep, but the work is well done and the ingredients are of the highest quality and nobility: sea bream tartare with lentils and zucchini, sea bass with French peas and guanciale, free-range poultry with morel mushroom juice. Classic desserts, a few off-menu à la carte suggestions (a veal chop with chanterelle purée the other day), a fairly serious cellar, with good references by the glass (Creisses, Coursodon, Bellane...).
