We're happy to toast the health of this fifty-year-old address, which always delights tourists and lovers of seafood and local produce. Utah Beach oysters, homemade pâté en croûte, renowned fish soup, marmite grandcopaise and Val de Sée ham with cider sauce, all prepared by master restaurateur François Germain, whose grandfather founded the restaurant in 1967.
