Chef's Restaurant An endearing restaurant, pocket-sized, with friends, a touch of Italy in the heart of the beautiful 8th arrondissement, an eclectic wine list, kindness and, above all, a highly talented chef who tries, seeks, makes mistakes and achieves great things... The previous chef left for Théoule, the new one likes the Greek spirit and yoghurts, while staying very close to the Botte. We tasted an exceptional poultry ravioli, worth three toques, counterbalanced by a sweetbread dish of uncertain balance, but of fine quality and very well cooked. An endearing address for its values of quality and hard work. Unique and pleasant service, small but well thought-out cellar. The two toques have been maintained and even improved.
