Established here for almost thirty years, Bertrand Heckmann is a sure bet, effortlessly delivering a fine bourgeois cuisine based on experience and noble products. Choose from langoustines en raviole, bisque, green apple condiment and crispy tuile, sea bass cooked on the skin, leeks and French caviar, pigeon from Thierry Laurent's, baby vegetables, lovage oil and reduced cooking juice, and finger glacé with Houdemont honey. Menus range from €28 to €78.
