A well-executed bistronomy concept in this quiet spot between downtown and Sainte-Adresse. A menu that’s very much in tune with the times and an interesting seasonal set menu for €39: sea bass ceviche with pomegranate and candied lemon, slow-cooked veal with conchiglioni stuffed with shiitake mushrooms and toasted hazelnuts, peach tart with rosemary praline, za’atar mousse, and peach ice cream.
