Remarkable Restaurant Situated between Ile Rousse and Calvi, this long-established establishment (formerly Chez Charles) holds its place on the seafront with elegance, and a level of dining recognized by all. Vincent Champ, chef for the past three seasons, fulfills his role with style and panache, without overdoing the luxury products, by focusing on the product: zucchini flower stuffed with cochon nustrale, onion juice and Corsican brandy, lean meat with purple artichokes, béarnaise condiment, braising juice and agastache, lamb and its agnolotti with eggplant yogurt, marinated apricot and sweet pepper. Count around €140 à la carte with raspberries with basil, liqueur and myrtle cookie sorbet and fresh fruit confit. In-house service, blind menus from €165 to €230, extensive Corsican and general wine cellars.
