Chef's Restaurant Here's an opportunity for a relaxing break on the banks of the Dordogne, in this beautiful neo-Renaissance château, whose origins date back to the 16th century. Now a 4* hotel with a decor that blends modernity and history, the château offers a high level of service, culminating in Eric Jung's table and his remarkable cellar. The chef's dishes are both beautiful and good, for a chic and wise moment: risotto with black truffles, marrow and cébettes to start, followed by Mediterranean yellowtail caught on a lampara just snacked on, vegetables in rock fish broth, sautéed sweetbreads, sautéed mushrooms, smoked eggplant and black garlic jus, Journiac strawberries at temperature, compote and elderberry salad. Over five hundred references in the cellar, including legendary estates as well as new great names.
