Gourmet Restaurant En toute simplicité, Maxime Stafrach a choisi deux ingrédients qui aiment se retrouver à table, le homard et le bœuf. Sur cette base engageante, le chef compose une carte néanmoins variée, avec des légumes de potagers bio de la région, des ingrédients nobles qui suppléent les deux vedettes, et des jus bien travaillés : bœuf mariné gravlax sauce soja, ceviche de daurade crème de coco et curry vert, homard grillé au beurre, pâtes fraîches crème truffée et saint-jacques snackées, filet de bœuf Rossini jus au porto...
