Gourmet Restaurant With a wealth of experience under his belt, chef Maxime Stafrach has both a bulimic taste for work and a sincere sense of sharing, which you can feel in the way he runs the place, always with an eye to generosity and proximity. To go to Maxime's is to experience both the savoir-faire of a chef who has worked with the best (Orsi, Veyrat, Ponson...), and the warmth of a bistro lover, skilled at retranscribing the spirit of the genre without false note. On the à la carte menu, you'll find little pleasures you can't resist, such as a duo of beef tartare, croque jambon truffé, Burgundy truffle and 24-month Comté cheese, mussels au gratin with citrus butter, fresh pasta with truffle and lobster, the unmissable beef & lobster, and crêpes Suzette or pain perdu with dark chocolate coulis. Evening formula €46.
