Chef's Restaurant A great success for this table in the middle of the vines, which we discovered exactly ten years ago. David Guitton has come a long way, bringing locals and wine tourists alike to this low-lying house beside the vines to develop his short menu of seasonal freshness, sobriety, flavor and talent. Nothing here leaves you indifferent, neither the plate nor the welcome, refined yet natural. Scallops with cauliflower and tangy condiment, marcassin back with beet and red cabbage, buckwheat pear with hibiscus, a €60 sequence that is also a rare moment at a justified price.
