We're continuing to follow the work of Josselin Marie, whose solid, eco-sustainable approach is based on a virtuous approach to production, particularly with regard to vegetables and fish. The hidden menus make it hard to salivate, but the execution is meticulous and the lunch menu, at €45 for three courses, makes a good approach.
