Remarkable Restaurant Ready for an immersive experience with Philippe Etchebest? Whether he's there to greet you in person or via live video feed, you're bound to be a little impressed by the welcome and the setting in the beautiful, intimate basement dining room, where guests gather for table d'hôtes and the chefs get down to work in front of you, behind the bay window. This evening is a gastronomic itinerary in the image of its creator, a beneficent deux ex machina who transmits passion, a sense of duty and a job well done, for the pleasure of all. Of course, you won't know what's on the plates until you meet them: seven courses for a fair price at this level (€180), not including the wines you choose from a vast cellar that also celebrates the region.
