Chef's Restaurant Olivier Delbergues' dishes are the work of a true chef, capable of combining both craft and creation, never limiting himself to the security of an overly cyclical cuisine. This is a well-established restaurant in the Part-Dieu district, close to Halles Bocuse, attracting both regular business customers and weekend lovers. The lounge-like, subdued atmosphere creates an elegant discretion, allowing you to fully enjoy the moment, gathered around plates that articulate ideas well, such as a starter combining butternut, andouillette cream, roasted langoustines and gnocchi with porcini powder, carapace in broth and pommes gaufrettes, all contrasts and balances, an accomplished construction of sturgeon in crayfish mousseline, Dordogne caviar, green cabbage embeurrée with roasted chestnuts, crushed rattes with lemon and crayfish head broth. The dessert follows the same autumnal theme, with pumpkin and hazelnut, creamy shortbread, vanilla semolina and custard, this time in more pastel shades, as if to end on a sweet note. The cellar is well-stocked, with many Rhône Valley wines and an interesting selection of foreign wines. Maryline Delbergues, as professional as ever, serves and manages the dining room. The house has a second chef's hat.
