Gourmet Restaurant A sure bet in the heart of the historic district, appreciated by Berruyers for its contemporary charm and consistency. The house stands for high-level bistronomy, with noble products and a regional and seasonal focus. À la carte: runny egg, parsnip royale, chanterelle mushrooms and Serrano ham, duo of scallops and cod leche de tigre, roasted cauliflower mousseline and focaccia, lamb fillet, jus court and crushed potatoes with truffles, blueberry parfait glacé.
