The resort's chic hotel, slightly hidden on the beach road, a haven of peace and relaxation for well-heeled tourists. The menu evolves in a contemporary vein, well varied for residents with no particular attention to terroir: pho mushroom broth with edamame garlic leeks burrata, lacquered octopus with barbecue sauce, beef fillet with chard, beef jus with pepper and whisky, grilled eggplant mimolette... A light lunch menu, classic desserts and a selection of island wines (Fiumiccicoli, San't Armettu...).
