Gault&Millau's review 2025

Modern, functional and elegant, this resolutely contemporary hotel has some serious arguments in its favor, starting with a lovely garden and an ideal geography, right on the water and with breathtakingly beautiful views over the bay of Saint-Florent. The 11 rooms and 15 suites are decorated simply and elegantly, with clean-lined furniture and spacious bathrooms, most with small balconies overlooking the pool and beach. Other assets include a wellness center with massages and Pilates classes, and the gastronomic restaurant La Table de La Roya, run by César and Fanny, which features Corsican recipes reinvented with spirit.
