Gourmet Restaurant After a long career in Paris, working with prestigious chefs such as Alléno, Ducasse, Akrame and Frechon, Sébastien Rival has returned to his homeland, in the heart of the industrial Mauges region, to open this elegant, well-cared-for restaurant. A pretty house, wood, terracotta tiles and vegetation for a cuisine in tune with the times: verveine split pea mousseline, salmon gravlax, celery apple gel, radish, yellow chicken fillet, potato and morel mushrooms, mandarin and clementine cream, mint chantilly, almond crumble. Excellent service, extensive cellar with organic and natural wines from all the vineyards.
