Chef's Restaurant La Poule is a chance for the whole canton to enjoy a gastronomic tradition at brasserie prices. Enjoy the extraordinary setting of L'Aubergade, the parent restaurant, and Michel Trama's inspired cuisine on a relentless €47 menu. It's all good food, gourmet delights, with Pierre Perret's drunken egg, shellfish velouté and fish quenelles, glazed pork belly with fries (the best of the year), calf's head with chicken sauce and creamy cabbage. You'll leave feeling full and happy, and the €47 cost of this feast is like a sweet treat. A good regional and national wine cellar, with everything an epicurean could want.
