Chef's Restaurant If we had to choose an ambassador for Provençal cuisine, Eric Sapet would undoubtedly be in the very last short-list. Trained in some of Paris's finest restaurants (La Marée, La Tour d'Agent and Jacques Cagna), the former chef of Mas des Herbes Blanches has been flourishing for over fifteen years now at the helm of his Petite Maison, in the heart of the land this native of Salon-de-Provence could never leave. In winter, we come for the magnificent "Truffle" menu, for the hare à la royale, before returning in fine weather for a sunnier cuisine that's as gourmet and passionate as ever. A fine cellar for connoisseurs.
