Chef's Restaurant Small in name only. For this institution, where anonymous travelers hope to find a place among notables and personalities, local or otherwise, is quite simply a big house. With its rituals, its friendly smiles for those who know each other, and that almost unchanging menu that regulars don't look at: artichoke salad, of course, small stuffed dishes, zucchini flower fritters, marrow bone, brouillade or risotto in truffle season, lobster pasta and the famous meats to be shared: veal chop, chicken with foie gras, entrecôte, with fans of beef fillet with pepper rarely deviating from their preference.
