Gourmet Restaurant A good example of an urban bistro in tune with the times, with a wide range of dishes and a keen eye for trends that bring people together, cooked over coals and in wood-fired ovens. In this pleasant setting on the threshold of the Cours Mirabeau, you'll quickly find your heart's content with the salmon gravlax lacquered with vanilla, iodized cream with salicornia herbs and grapefruit, the squid salad in escabeche, the grilled octopus with fennel and lemon thyme, and the fine 300g Argentinian entrecôte. A choice of side dishes (good French fries) and sauces (chimichurri, barbecue, green pepper...) and you're all set. Good formula at €32, varied desserts in the same tone (churros with orange blossom and gianduja sauce, saint-honoré with pear and tonka...), fairly complete wine cellar, with a good regional flavour.
