Selected The vaulted dining room of this restaurant near the Pont Neuf is an example of regional bistronomy that we salute for its warm setting, which combines white stone with light wood in an airy, Scandinavian spirit, and for the plates of produce, which deploy it with appropriate research. A la carte dishes include duck raviole, Asian-style mushroom broth and foie gras crouton, Mediterranean line-cut loin, saffron-flavored vegetables, dill-cream fennel salad and bouchot mussels, sautéed pig filet mignon, bean stew with chorizo and mint, sweet and sour jus, and Basque cake with minty raspberry salad.
