An unassuming restaurant, but one that holds its position with honors, for its pretty market cuisine and its sense of welcome. Christophe Marécaut works with local produce with great sincerity, offering his talents in two menus at unbeatable prices, €16 and €26. These include velvety Landes white asparagus, diced ham and pine nuts, grilled sea bass a la plancha, cornmeal ratatouille and ephemeral sauce, and gently cooked veal filet mignon with old-fashioned mustard jus.
