Chef's Restaurant A superb building based on an indus-style renovated barn and a cleverly rusted sign that you can barely see: this is where Priscila and Alexandre Papin, winners of the Gault&Millau Endowment, have been treating the local area for just over a year. The place is pleasant and zen-like, the cuisine precise, taking you on a €42 menu (with a €29 lunch option) with refinement and flavor: oysters softened by buttermilk leek and onion, hake with cauliflower broccolini or a duo of veal Jerusalem artichoke, Brussels sprouts and mushroom, and a good apple-caramel dessert with apple far breton. Research and care, the hallmarks of a modern-day chef with a well-shaped head, and an already well-stocked cellar.
