Young chef Benjamin Revel works in this spirit, adding modern touches: bell pepper stuffed with whelks and samphire pesto, catfish hotdog with fennel ketchup and roasted potatoes, homemade ras el-hanout beef pastilla... The bill is contained, the desserts simple and straightforward, and the service attentive and friendly. A first toque.
