Gourmet Restaurant Many Lyonnais continue to refer to La Meunière as their favorite bouchon on the peninsula. It's true that this centuries-old establishment has never changed its credo, and even today, while it has evolved with the times, its menu retains the traditional touch inseparable from its history. The memorable Lyonnais salad platter, pike quenelle, tablier de sapeur with gribiche sauce, veal kidneys with port wine and cervelle de canut are all reminders of this. Classic desserts in a faithful, untouchable setting.
