Gourmet Restaurant Today, Pierre Augé's main concern is to please his numerous customers: he offers them a range of dishes, often simple, at very competitive prices, with the efficiency for which he is renowned, while his wife Fanny manages the various areas, all of which are pleasant, and the pace of service: a gourmet starter with roast beef chuck with mung beans, dried fruit and shallot-garlic confit and oyster mushroom fritters, roast duckling in cherry leaf, potato purée, zucchini verbena with pissaladière-style onion condiment - cooked just right, good lamb's lettuce - before a pistachio-glazed log with elderberry confit. Regional cellar at fair prices.
