Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the resort, La Maison is a must-see. Formerly called "Le Galoubet", it was the pride and joy of Claude Loubet, mother of the 2011 Chef of the Year, a certain Édouard Loubet. From the outset, this place was first and foremost a place to live. The first morning coffees were replaced by a rather lively lunchtime service (which continued in the afternoon). In the evenings, gourmets come here to savor a cuisine that's a little rogue, and frankly unreasonable in terms of calories. The brasserie menu is extensive, and Fabien and Romain love meats and dishes in sauce. We'd like to mention the excellent pâté croûte (with a vinegar jus) and a very good poêlon de l'Aveyron served with a perfectly executed aligot. Desserts are presented "on the platter". If the lemon meringue tart doesn't leave a lasting impression, the saint-honoré is perfect. Good service, certainly studied, but above all with the kindness and smiles of a few faces that have already become the personalities of the house.
