Original Restaurant Un bistrot à l'ancienne qui cultive l'esprit vintage, mais pas la nostalgie proustienne, car tout ici est plutôt gai et détendu, le service comme l'assiette avec des produits occitans bien sélectionnés, comme les volailles de Duplantier ou la viande de chez Garcia. La joue de porc mijotée et mousseline de patate douce, la poularde truffée mousseline de panais participent à la fête et l'on ne peut que conclure avec le saint-honoré glace caramel au beurre salé et la fameuse madeleine.
