Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Pyrenees, a hotel that's sure to attract travelers, who'll find views, rest and gourmet delights here, with the sense of welcome that has made the place famous. The house proudly defends its regional colors, which can be seen in the rustic country spirit of the dining room, whose bistro-style furnishings and references to farm work immediately place the establishment on the side of the terroir. You'll find this in a number of fine combinations, such as the pork shank, aïoli and guinea fowl marble with foie gras, the terrine with Espelette pepper, smoked trout and chickpea hummus with cumin, or the grilled Toy country chops with garlic cream and white bean stew with black pork ham. Well-informed cellar.
