Gourmet Restaurant This handsome, high-capacity restaurant opposite the Halles gives a great impression of professionalism. Everything is well thought out and framed, the style, the plate and even the bill, always within acceptable limits. There's a hint of personality missing, but that's not the point. The satisfaction comes from a team working together to make the sequence a success in this cosy, fresh setting. With Kalios oil and Gruissan salt on the table, you're off to a good start with the duck carpaccio, Xavier's Aveyron tome and Timut pepper, a nicely controlled blend, the roasted cod, red cabbage and petit épeautre, light garlic cream and the standard lemon tart. Consensual cellar at average prices.
