A family business for almost 50 years, Jean-Claude and Véronique Martin's restaurant is now run by their children, who are perpetuating a tradition and a reputation that never fails. Year after year, loyal customers flock here for a cuisine that is renewed without too many risks, while rigorously passing on know-how. On the menu: Breton lobster rosette with risotto-style fregola sarda, cod confit in oil and seaweed rice with lemon emulsion, seven-hour lamb mouse with Noirmoutier potato casserole... Friendly service. Well-tuned cellar.
